Antonio de Hesperio
Aside from this advertisement, in the Austral-Asiatic Review, Tasmanian and Australian Advertiser of February 11, 1842, nothing more is known. The conjurer (another Wizard of the South) and the ventriloquist referred to are to be found nowhere else, and there is no commentary on their performance in Hobart, Tasmania. They were but ships passing in the night.
